Choosing a theme for your shopify store

Some of our recent successes include the “Great Dorset Giveaway” that we ran in the summer of 2020 for Designed in Dorset. Our online marketplace for Dorset businesses. Offering followers the chance to win a prize worth ¬£250 made up of products from some of our vendors. To enter the competition, you had to follow our page, like the post and tag a friend. In the month we ran the competition, we grew the following by 700 people. It was a great way to raise awareness of what we do and help with our goals to create more social proof. 

The Sun

This month, we have gone one step further and partnered with The Sun Newspaper to offer entries 5 Dog Drying Coats from Ruff & Tumble. The Sun is one of the largest newspapers in the UK with a circulation of 1.2 Million, so we consider it quite a coup. 

The most recent competition is with a more local magazine, The Blackmore Vale, a must read for residents of North Dorset and Wiltshire. The competition generated over 1,000 new subscribers to our email list and brand awareness across the region.
