Rupert is our resident eCommerce guru with over 20 years selling products of all shapes and sizes online, he knows a thing or two about making money in your sleep. He is co-founder of We Are Chain, alongside Jim, and looks after the majority of our Shopify clients. He is also a dab hand at email marketing a puts his years of working in the hotel industry to good use supporting our American clients.
Rupert is currently building up our Shopify tips and tricks library using Loom to create useful guides to support Shopify store owners. You can expect to hear his voice answering your queries all over YouTube.
Personal
Rupert is Dorset born and bred but developed his career all over the world working for some of the world’s largest hotel chains. He returned to his home county to bring up his two sons and enjoy the more relaxed country lifestyle.
Rupert inspired Jim to start cycling and was the foundation of their cricket team, the chairman of the knockers. Rupert has cycled from London to Paris and raised thousands of pounds for Dorset Air Ambulance, a charity close to his heart.
