Yes, Shopify is easy to use if you have some technical knowledge of design and eCommerce. You can save a lot of time using an agency to build the site and get it up and running in the first instance. This will ensure a smooth experience for you and your cusotmers. Once it is live, Shopify is very easy to run yourself. Adding products, pages and blog posts is simple and you can keep up to date and adjust pricing, images etc very quickly.

With Shopifys Basic Packageyou have a limit of 50,000 products. If you use Shopify Plus, there is no upper limit on the number of products you can add.

Speed is a key to SEO success on the internet and will help your website rank well. There is no substitute for some hard work ensuring your product images are fully optimised as well as all your other imagery in banners etc. The biggest cause of a slow website is large file sizes. Shopify is a cloud solution, therefore you don;t need to download anything to your computer, buy a disc etc. All you need to do when you are ready is to select the plan you want. These start at $9 a month for the ability to set up a Buy button on anywebsite. We recomend for most stores the basic $29 a month package that gives you all the tools you need to start a business on Shopify. Once you get to a bigger sixe then SHopify Plus may be the answer which costs more in the region of $2,000 a month.

Yes, you can use Shopify to Drop Ship. THis is the process whereby you sell someone elses products online and they look after the fullfilment of the product. You don;t need to have stock, just a good selection of products that have a decent margin. Sometimes seen as get rich quick schemes, we have to add a word of caution. It is not as easy as it looks, good margins are very hard to come by and you have to consider returns and refunds plus your own marketing costs. We have lots of experience doing drop shipping and can set your store up for you. We will havever take a good look at your plans and let you know if we think they are feasible.

We recomend using Tidio for Live chat. It has helped us sell thousands of pounds worth of goods on our pet store. You can also easily set up rules and take advantage of the AI Bots. There are lots of Live Chat options and we ave tried at least 5. Others we can recomend that are free include Whats App and Shopify Ping, however they don;t come with as much automation for when you aren't around to answer questions.

Getting your products to display on the Google Shopping feed is a must have for all online shops. You can't just sit tight and hope they will appear. You can add the Google App to the back end of your store and foloow the instructions. Googel will then absorb your product feed into their advertising platform. You can then either leave them to display for free (not very likely) or start to put some money into advertising.

Yes, linking Instagram and Facebook to your Shopify store is as easy as adding and app and following a few lines of guidance. You can then tag and sell products on your social media feeds. This also works for Pinterest.

Klavyio is one of our favourite email platforms and, yes it works exceptionally well with Shopify. You just download the app and control everything from there. You can use as little or as much of the Klavyio functionality as you like. We recomend the abandoned basket, New Subscriber and recently purchased funnels as ways of communicating and keeping hold of customers. We can help show you how to set this up.

If you give them acces to your data they can forecast the return on their moneyand give you an offer.
