For our WordPress customers, we can offer you a hosting package to suit your needs. Depending if you want to do the updates yourself or have a unique log in facility, you pay for what you need.
Choose your hosting plan
We offer two different plans depending on your experience and how you want to run the security on your website and what you want to do about plug-ins.
WordPress is an excellent platform on which to build your business website. Because it is open source, it is not necessarily the safest platform if you don’t take the necessary precautions. We want to be sure you know what this means and have created a pricing package to suit the size of your business. Sometimes, updates and security seem like unnecessary expenditures but we can assure you when the time comes it is worth every penny.
If you just want us to host your website and you look after the rest then you can pay for our Basic package. You will get a backup every 24 hours and the website will be on a fast secure server. WordPress plug-ins and WordPress itself need to be regularly updated. We will not cover this with the basic package. If something goes wrong with an updated plugin we need to spend time fixing it and this may take several hours and we can’t give it away for free.
With the Gold package we offer secure fast hosting and plug-in and WordPress updates. You will also get support whenever you need it with a 24-hour response time during working hours. When we update plug ins and WordPress we will trouble shoot to see which plug in has done the damage and try to rectify it.
