Project Phases
Our project with Hinton Workspace unfolded in three main phases, each building on the previous as we learned more about their needs and offerings. We chose WordPress as the best platform most suited to the job. Easily updatable by staff and allowing options to expand on the current version with ease.
Phase 1: Initial Landing Page
In this initial stage, we launched a simple landing page to establish an online presence for Hinton Workspace and generate early awareness. This phase allowed us to capture interest and gather information as their service offerings became more defined.
Phase 2: Pre-Launch Website
Once key service information was established, we expanded the website to include details about membership pricing, meeting room options, and the workspace’s amenities. This version provided a more comprehensive introduction to Hinton Workspace and allowed prospective members to explore options in detail.
Phase 3: Full Website Launch
As the workspace building neared completion, we finalized the full site, incorporating professional photography of the space, including the newly added desks and wall art. The result is a digital showcase of Hinton Workspace’s facilities and services, beautifully designed to reflect the brand’s aesthetic and values.
Each phase was developed with close client collaboration, allowing us to iterate on design and features as new requirements emerged. Given these needs, we chose WordPress as the ideal platform due to its flexibility and ease of use. As Hinton Workspace evolves, their team will find it easy to manage updates, share news, and add events to the site without needing extensive technical support.
