How to control the Mega Menu in Shopify Impulse Theme

Steps to follow
The Impulse theme (for Shopify) automatically defaults to five collections across the top of the mega menu, however what do you do if you wanted to have only four, perhaps with another four beneath rather than five in the first row and three in the second.
